Inbound Sales Consultant – Property Management

About the role

Royal York Property Management is seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Consultant to engage property owners who have expressed interest in professional property management services. You will handle warm inbound leads, build trust quickly, and guide owners through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries from property owners and qualify their needs, property details, timeline, and urgency.
• Explain Royal York’s services clearly and professionally during on‑camera demo calls.
• Handle objections related to pricing, service, timing, process, and trust, and close qualified owners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow‑ups, and lead status updates.
• Manage multiple active leads simultaneously, identify stalled opportunities, and coordinate internally for a smooth client experience.
• Escalate issues early when needed to protect the client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
• 3–5+ years of full‑time experience in inbound, consultative, or inside sales, account executive, or high‑ticket service sales.
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads via phone or video/demo calls.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience working full‑time in a professional remote environment.
