Business Development Manager – Overseas Manpower & Immigration (Europe)

About the role

Trivial Chapter is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow its employer network for overseas manpower and immigration services across Montenegro and Europe. The role focuses on identifying hiring opportunities, acquiring employers, and securing international manpower requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire employers with overseas manpower hiring needs.
• Generate new business opportunities through existing networks and market outreach.
• Conduct meetings to understand workforce requirements, hiring volumes, skills, and timelines.
• Secure hiring mandates, work permit opportunities, and international manpower contracts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with employers, HR leaders, recruitment agencies, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth manpower deployment.
• Achieve agreed business targets while maintaining high employer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in employer acquisition, staffing, international recruitment, overseas manpower, or immigration services.
• Hands‑on experience in overseas manpower recruitment and immigration‑related business development.
• Strong employer connections in Montenegro and/or other European countries.
• Proven track record of acquiring and closing manpower hiring requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of international hiring, overseas manpower, and work‑permit processes.
