Key Account Manager – Montenegro

About the role

You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data‑driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through consistent and proactive communication.
• Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
• Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo.
• Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high‑impact marketing activations, and menu optimisation.
• Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service) to develop customised solutions.
• Own the partner onboarding process in the app, from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality, or on‑demand delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Motivated by ambitious goals with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Problem‑solver, data‑driven and analytical.
• Highly organised, proactive with strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Native level of Montenegrin and proficiency in English.
