Service Salesperson – Montenegro and South Serbia

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Service Salesperson to join KONE’s team in Podgorica and support the service business across Montenegro and Southern Serbia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow KONE’s service portfolio, managing existing and prospective customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue service, repair, modernization and maintenance opportunities, preparing quotations and closing sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate spare‑part ordering, inventory management and invoicing with the local warehouse and KPMG.
• Collaborate with Service Supervisors, Technicians and New Business Sales colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports, supporting revenue growth while meeting profitability targets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, preferably in service, maintenance or technical fields.
• High school diploma required; higher education is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel regularly across Montenegro and Southern Serbia.
• Intermediate level English proficiency.
