About the role

We are looking for a Tagalog‑speaking Retail Sales Associate to join a souvenir shop in Montenegro, one of Europe’s top tourist destinations. The role involves assisting visitors, promoting local merchandise, and delivering a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting souvenirs and retail products.
• Provide product recommendations and maximize sales opportunities.
• Process purchases accurately using the POS system.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies, cash‑handling procedures, and store standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales, souvenir shop sales, or a customer‑facing role.
• Good English communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and sales‑oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
