Senior Account Manager Retail

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager – Retail you will be the main point of contact for Glovo’s most strategic retail partners. You will drive the expansion of our retail footprint, ensuring partners launch successfully on the platform and continuously grow their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Joint Business Plan for top retail partners, setting yearly road‑maps to increase GMV and market share.
• Identify and develop untapped business opportunities and creative collaborations across the partner portfolio.
• Lead negotiations, onboarding and day‑to‑day operations as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor partner performance, analyse data and implement optimisation actions to maximise growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product, marketing and logistics initiatives with partner goals.
