Sales Advisor – Contemporary Design Retail Store

About the role

We are launching DESIGN LAB, a new contemporary retail concept in Podgorica that curates international design and lifestyle brands. As a Sales Advisor you will help shape the store’s unique experience from day one, welcoming customers and guiding them through our curated product ranges.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Present and explain products, designers, and brands represented by DESIGN LAB.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Operate the POS system, process payments and handle daily retail transactions.
• Receive, check, label and organize incoming merchandise.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Maintain visual standards and arrange displays according to the brand’s guidelines.
• Prepare gift packaging, customer orders and support in‑store events.
• Respond to basic inquiries via phone, email and social media.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in design, interiors, fashion and lifestyle.
• Customer‑focused, organized and proactive.
• Good command of English.
• Basic computer and social‑media proficiency.
