Mid-Level Project Manager – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager to lead client-facing initiatives that deliver innovative AI-driven solutions for our B2B demand-generation clients. The role is fully remote and operates on a contract basis, requiring end-to-end ownership of multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop project plans, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation and risk mitigation.
• Analyse existing workflows and business processes to identify optimisation opportunities and translate findings into clear project requirements.
• Drive business-process improvements through research, process modelling, data analysis and gap analysis.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, gathering requirements, reporting progress, presenting results and managing expectations.
• Lead change-management activities to ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client-facing projects, preferably in a B2B or marketing-technology environment.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams and to understand client needs.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in workflow analysis and process optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
