Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end‑to‑end paid‑media performance for a portfolio of DTC and eCommerce brands. You will act as the sole point of contact for clients, drive strategy, execute campaigns and prove incremental growth directly to the client.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube) with monthly budgets ranging from $5 k to six‑figures.
• Own the full conversion funnel, including product feeds, Merchant Center, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Communicate directly with clients, present performance reports, strategic plans and defend tactical decisions.
• Implement attribution frameworks (NC‑CPA, NC‑ROAS), run geo‑holdout tests and ensure campaigns are truly incremental.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ship advertorials, comparison pages and product detail pages, deploying them via Vercel and integrating with Shopify.

Required profile

• Proven experience running high‑budget Google and Meta paid‑media campaigns for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Comfortable speaking with clients during US Eastern business hours and taking full ownership of results.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure true incremental lift and defend attribution choices.
• Self‑driven, able to work remotely with output‑based evaluation.
