Cluster Director – Marketing & Communications

About the role

The Cluster Director, Marketing & Communications leads the marketing and communications strategy for two resort properties in Montenegro. Reporting to the Cluster Director, Commercial, the role drives brand awareness, storytelling and revenue across all resort channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated annual marketing and communications plans that generate brand awareness and booking conversion across rooms, experiences, wellness and F&B.
• Define resort positioning, values and unique selling points in collaboration with the Global Marketing & Communications team.
• Create and distribute storytelling content—including photo/video shoots, brand partnerships and programming—through owned, earned and paid media.
• Manage agency relationships (creative, social, digital, CRM) and oversee local F&B agency scope of work.
• Drive channel integration and optimisation across SEO, SEM, website, social, CRM and acquisition campaigns, tracking performance and ROI.
• Implement global brand standards on all guest‑facing touchpoints from pre‑arrival communications to in‑room collateral.
• Develop sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations and advertising campaigns.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and manage PR, media relations and crisis communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing and communications experience in luxury hospitality or a luxury lifestyle brand.
• Proven track record of delivering successful multi‑channel campaigns that drive brand reputation and revenue.
• Global outlook with experience working across multiple regions and occasional international travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Keynote.
• Strong knowledge of digital full‑funnel marketing: SEM, programmatic, social media, video and display advertising.
• Excellent English copywriting and presentation abilities.
