Content Manager

About the role

The Content Manager will lead the planning, creation and management of digital content for YachtSpot’s website, mobile app and social channels, driving user acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with business goals.
• Write, edit and optimise web pages, listings and social posts.
• Coordinate with product, marketing and customer‑success teams to ensure brand‑consistent messaging.
• Brief and oversee external writers or designers.
• Analyse performance metrics and refine content strategy.
• Shape YachtSpot’s tone of voice and document content processes.
• Contribute ideas to improve the overall user experience.

Required profile

• Strong content development skills, including web writing, copywriting and editing.
• Experience in content strategy, editorial planning and aligning content with business objectives.
• Research and analytical abilities to understand audience needs and market trends.
• Fundamental digital marketing knowledge and basic SEO practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Montenegrin or regional languages a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage external contributors.
• Organisational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in tech platforms, marketplaces or the maritime/yachting sector is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Tivat and engage with local maritime stakeholders.
