Affiliate Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and grow AIRNEX’s affiliate programme across multiple channels. You will manage the full affiliate lifecycle, from recruitment to performance optimisation, driving measurable revenue for our sustainable consumer‑goods brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand affiliate programmes on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok and external affiliate networks.
• Develop long‑term strategy and KPIs together with the Marketing Manager.
• Launch campaigns, promotions and incentive programmes to boost affiliate engagement and revenue.
• Prospect, recruit and onboard new affiliates and influencers.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure growth in qualified leads and conversions.
• Maintain timely communication with affiliates (responses within 24 hours).
• Provide weekly performance reports, analyse results and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and managing e‑commerce affiliate programmes.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, revenue‑share and other performance‑based models.
• Familiarity with Amazon Affiliate Network, TikTok Shop and major affiliate networks (e.g., CJ Affiliate).
• Analytical mindset with ability to filter raw data, spot trends and derive actionable insights.
• Full‑time availability with no concurrent freelance work.
• Near‑native English verbal and written communication skills.
• Impeccable work ethic and professional attitude.
