Senior Global Content Manager (B2B)

About the role

Nebius Academy is seeking an experienced B2B Content Manager to own the global content strategy and build an AI‑assisted content operation from the ground up. You will create high‑quality enterprise‑focused content while designing scalable AI workflows and quality controls.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the global B2B content strategy aligned with enterprise audiences, buying committees, positioning, and pipeline goals.
• Create content across formats such as website copy, landing pages, paid ads, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership, social posts, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.
• Build and operate an AI‑assisted content production system, including prompt libraries, context engineering, source‑of‑truth repositories, workflows, and human review gates.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and regional Marketing teams to translate complex AI products and customer needs into clear enterprise messaging.
• Maintain editorial quality and consistency, continuously improving content based on performance data and new AI capabilities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B content marketing experience, with at least 3 years creating content for technical or enterprise audiences.
• Strong portfolio of personally written content (whitepapers, case studies, website copy, paid acquisition).
• Proven experience building and running AI‑assisted content production in a real production environment.
• Native‑equivalent written English and ability to work autonomously with senior stakeholders in a distributed team.

Required skills

• Designing AI content systems (prompt libraries, context engineering, multi‑step workflows, human review gates).
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted content production tools.
