Marketing Manager

About the role

TripleTen is a remote‑first organization that helps people transition into tech careers through intensive bootcamps. We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Marketing Manager to own and drive a portfolio of marketing projects from concept to launch and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Own multiple marketing projects end‑to‑end, including scoping, execution, and results analysis.
• Analyze market and audience feedback to create actionable initiatives.
• Develop and execute content and community strategies with internal teams and external agencies.
• Build and grow brand presence across social media, online communities, and digital channels.
• Create guidelines and playbooks for consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Track project performance and report key metrics to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Set up and manage engagement processes for students, graduates, alumni, and other key segments.
• Scout, test, and scale new channels and platforms to expand the audience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing marketing projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong background with consumer‑facing brands.
• Excellent English communication for a global audience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimise campaign metrics.
• Experience across content, social media, and community marketing.
• Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution.
• Hands‑on experience with AI in product, funnel, design, copywriting, or agent workflows.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive or public‑facing situations.
