Merchandiser – Retail Supplementary Assortment

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Merchandiser to manage the supplementary product range in our retail network. You will work on‑site, ensuring that planograms, pricing, and visual standards are consistently applied across all sales points.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and regular update of planograms for supplementary assortment categories.
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and product display standards at each sales location.
• Visit stores, train sales staff on merchandising standards, and monitor KPI performance.
• Prepare reports on product availability, planogram compliance, and price‑list adequacy.
• Track product shortages, promotional material status, and merchandising schedules at gas stations and café outlets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or operations.
• University degree.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in the field.
• Good command of English.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
