Key Account Manager – Montenegro

About the role

Glovo is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with top restaurant partners in Montenegro. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data‑driven insights to help partners succeed while contributing to Glovo’s rapid expansion in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through regular, proactive communication.
• Understand partners’ business objectives and provide strategic guidance to address challenges.
• Analyse performance data to drive operational excellence, revenue growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo.
• Design and execute smart promotions, marketing activations and menu optimisations to accelerate revenue.
• Own the partner onboarding journey in the app, from store setup to the first days of operation.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service teams to deliver customised solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy.
• Background in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
