Junior Sales Manager

About the role

Noblewood Group is seeking a Junior Sales Manager to support the expansion of its international Duty Free and travel retail business. Based in Tivat, Montenegro, you will work closely with the Head of Travel Retail Department to grow the customer base for premium spirit brands such as Beluga.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers, distributors and partners in Duty Free, travel retail and cruise channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities and follow up regularly.
• Initiate communication, present Noblewood brands and arrange business discussions.
• Manage day‑to‑day communication with new accounts and coordinate orders.
• Support onboarding of new clients with commercial information and product presentations.
• Develop relationships with cruise lines, onboard retailers and related partners.
• Research new markets and identify expansion opportunities for Beluga and other brands.
• Assist the Head of Travel Retail with sales activities, customer meetings and development projects.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, opportunities and sales activities in internal systems.
• Participate in international exhibitions and industry events to generate leads.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or customer acquisition.
• Experience in FMCG, spirits, luxury goods, travel retail, hospitality or cruise industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building and proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
• Good organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple communications.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and exhibitions.
