Customer Service Associate (Podgorica)

About the role

Join CKB banka, a member of the OTP Group, as a Customer Service Associate in one of its Podgorica branches. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them with everyday banking needs and promoting the bank’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and inform clients about banking services and procedures.
• Execute banking transactions and provide comprehensive client support.
• Advise clients, promote and sell bank products and services.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation for various products.
• Participate in sales activities according to an individual sales plan.
• Manage cash desk operations and ensure accurate cash balances.
• Maintain and archive documentation in compliance with bank policies.
• Represent third‑party products when authorized, following contractual agreements.
• Prepare reports and records related to your area of responsibility.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant bank regulations and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (SSS) with an economic or related focus.
• Preferable experience in similar client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication, precision, reliability, and customer orientation.
• Team player with proactive and efficient work habits.
• Basic knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
