Commercial Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Commercial Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Montenegro. You will own a key part of our retail operations, handling product assortment, pricing, sales tracking and logistics coordination with partners.

Key responsibilities

• Category Management & Assortment – publish products, keep the catalogue up‑to‑date, set and align pricing and discounts, prepare and record cost calculations.
• Commercial Activities & Sales Tracking – monitor daily sales, provide regular reporting, analyse results and propose improvements, coordinate stock availability and pickups with partners.
• Logistics & Order Fulfilment – track shipments, coordinate loading schedules, liaise with the warehouse on receiving goods and stock returns, monitor and resolve customer complaints.
• Communication & Coordination – maintain regular contact with commercial partners and freight forwarders, work closely with internal and regional teams (logistics, marketing, warehouse).

Required profile

• Experience in commercial roles, e‑commerce or sales administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when handling pricing, catalogues and invoices.
• Good communication skills for working with external partners.
• Advanced English (minimum B2 level).

• Advanced Excel.
