Chanel Beauty Advisor – Cruise Ship Retail

About the role

Join a leading cruise‑ship retail team and live on board while representing the iconic Chanel brand. You will promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance, deliver personalized makeovers, and drive sales to guests from around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a full range of Chanel beauty products to cruise guests.
• Perform live makeovers and product demonstrations, encouraging trial and purchase.
• Provide tailored beauty advice based on skin type, needs and preferences.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Support promotional events, seminars and in‑store activities to boost traffic.
• Manage stock, receive deliveries, and maintain visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Chanel and cruise‑partner staff to execute events and optimise guest flow.

Required profile

• Strong retail background with experience in premium beauty or fragrance products.
• Excellent face‑to‑face customer service and sales abilities.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a high‑pressure environment.
• Proven public‑speaking skills and confidence presenting luxury items.
• Adaptable, team‑focused and comfortable working at sea for up to six months.
