Account Manager - IT/CE

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Account Manager to drive sales of IT and consumer electronics products for our distribution network in Montenegro. You will act as the main point of contact for our partners, develop new business opportunities and ensure high‑level service for existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and anticipate customer needs, acting proactively to propose solutions.
• Take ownership of decisions and manage the sales process independently.
• Design and execute promotional activities at customer locations.
• Explore new markets and growth areas to expand the portfolio.
• Maintain strong relationships with current clients while expanding the sales network.
• Monitor customer balances and support debt‑collection efforts.
• Visit partners regularly and position products effectively.
• Plan and coordinate procurement and sales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in sales or purchasing.
• Familiarity with the consumer electronics and IT market in Montenegro.
• Good command of English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and active driver.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
