Trainee Attorney at Law

About the role

Komnenić & Partners Law Office is looking for a motivated trainee attorney to join its dynamic legal team. This position offers hands‑on exposure to a variety of legal areas, including corporate, M&A, and real‑estate matters, while working closely with seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in case preparation, legal research, and document drafting.
• Support client interactions and help gather relevant information for ongoing matters.
• Participate in due‑diligence reviews for corporate and M&A transactions.
• Contribute to real‑estate transaction documentation and related regulatory compliance.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely follow‑up on tasks.

Required profile

• Completed law degree (LL.B).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication abilities.
• Interest in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and real‑estate practice.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
