Junior Associate – Legal Trainee

About the role

BDK Advokati AOD is seeking a motivated Junior Associate to join its regional office in Podgorica. This position is designed for recent law graduates who view the legal profession as a vocation and are eager to work on complex business law matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior partners with research and preparation of legal documents on sophisticated commercial cases.
• Participate in client consultations and support the delivery of high‑quality legal advice.
• Collaborate with experts from various jurisdictions on cross‑border projects.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the firm’s knowledge base through mentorship and teamwork.

Required profile

• Law degree and eligibility for registration in the Register of Trainee Lawyers of the Montenegro Bar Association.
• Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
