Technical Support Consultant – Fluent Croatian & English (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Technical Support Consultant who is fluent in Croatian and English to join its global remote team. You will provide high‑quality assistance to customers across multiple languages and industries, working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via chat and email.
• Record incidents and service requests in CRM and Jira.
• Assess, prioritize and escalate tickets according to urgency and impact.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of tools, technologies and client solutions.
• Handle sensitive data securely and meet KPI targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Croatian and English (minimum C1 spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of proven remote or on‑site technical support experience.
• Personal laptop with ≥8 GB RAM and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

• Microsoft Windows operating systems (XP‑11).
• Antivirus software and personal firewalls.
• Microsoft Outlook and common web browsers.
• Internet and network connections (ADSL, cable, LAN, Wi‑Fi, 3G).
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Windows, macOS, Android and iOS environments.
• Linux knowledge (a plus).
