Space Tech Co-Founder / Head of Engineering (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to own, build and run a space‑tech startup. You will be directly employed by us while you develop your company, with the option of receiving up to €500k in funding.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and scaling of a space‑tech startup as Head of Engineering.
• Iterate the product until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Build and manage a sales and marketing engine.
• Hire top‑notch talent using our network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the startup for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim for €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
