About the role

The Retail Operations Specialist will support and improve key operational processes across our stores in Podgorica. You will be involved in sales activities, supply management, inventory control, and the implementation of standards and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, monitor and enhance operational processes at retail locations, including sales, supply, inventory and compliance with standards.
• Track operational KPIs such as stock levels and costs, participate in inventory counts and flag deviations.
• Coordinate supply of materials and goods to stores, manage relationships with suppliers and initiate procurement actions according to internal rules.
• Assist HR-related matters by supporting employee work processes and internal procedures.
• Contribute to projects that improve sales and operational practices, supporting initiatives that raise work quality and communication.
• Communicate with relevant state and local authorities to ensure smooth store operations.
• Conduct field visits, prepare reports on store performance, and oversee infrastructure safety and continuity.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (VI level) in economics, law or related fields.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organisational abilities, persistence, pro‑activity and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
