Social Media and Community Manager

About the role

UltaHost, a global leader in web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and cloud solutions, is seeking a Social Media and Community Manager to shape its global brand voice. You will lead community engagement across multiple platforms, building authentic relationships with developers, businesses, and hosting professionals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish compelling content that aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure constructive engagement and compliance with community guidelines.
• Respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely, professional manner (non‑support related).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with broader campaign objectives.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and community growth.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles.
• Familiarity with hosting industry concepts such as VPS, dedicated servers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage multiple channels and create high‑quality, engaging content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
• Comfortable moderating technical discussions and engaging with hosting‑related communities.
• Experience in a tech or hosting‑related company is highly preferred.
