Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant

About the role

Customertimes is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to design, configure and deliver scalable customer engagement solutions across Europe. You will work on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis, solution design, configuration and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Configure Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and related Power Platform components.
• Design integrations, data migration, security roles, workflows and automation.
• Facilitate workshops, prepare solution documentation and support testing and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance, review solution quality and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service; Field Service experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, security configuration and solution management.
• Understanding of integration approaches, APIs, Azure services and data migration.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills; English proficiency for international client interaction.
