Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Remote or Montenegro

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who will play a pivotal role in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining our machine learning solutions. The position can be performed remotely or with relocation to Montenegro.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business departments such as Sales, Marketing, Products, Payments, and Dealing to translate needs into scalable ML solutions.
• Develop projects including LTV prediction, churn prediction, antifraud solutions, uplift modelling, and GenAI applications (AI agents, chatbots, MCP).
• Oversee existing solutions, manage improvements, and expand the use of machine learning across the organisation.
• Implement and improve MLOps practices to ensure efficient model development, deployment, and monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business contexts where ML can add value.
• Experience with the technological stack: Python, PyTorch, SQL (MSSQL, Postgres), ClickHouse, AWS (Sagemaker, Bedrock, EC2, EKS), Docker, FastAPI, Kafka, Airflow.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain MLOps practices, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD for ML systems.
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure, diverse data sources, and development processes.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with large language models and related tools (AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, agents, MCP) is a plus.
