Technical Project Manager - Serbian and Russian languages

About the role

Life Data Lab is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects for its laboratory information management solutions. The role bridges business and technology, ensuring successful delivery in a fully remote, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage software development projects from planning through delivery, coordinating development, QA, business analysis, and implementation teams.
• Monitor timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies while facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Participate in requirements discussions, solution design, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Track progress, resolve blockers, and contribute to process improvements and project management best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, technical project management, or delivery management.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile environments.
• Technical background with hands‑on experience in software development, system analysis, QA, DevOps, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently in a remote international setting.
