Project Analyst – Digitalization of Visa Issuance System

About the role

The Project Analyst will support the coordination and implementation of UNDP's digital transformation project for Montenegro's visa issuance system, working closely with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement gender‑sensitive project activities related to the development and deployment of the new Visa Information System and supporting technical infrastructure.
• Coordinate resource mobilization, maintain donor communication, and contribute to the design of follow‑up projects aligned with EU accession priorities.
