German-English Customer Experience Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a fluent German‑English speaker to join its remote customer experience team. You will represent leading e‑commerce brands, handling inquiries via live chat, email and phone while delivering fast, friendly solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in German and English across chat, email and inbound calls.
• Identify pain points, troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain the brand voice and tone of each client.
• Collaborate with teammates, share insights and contribute to a supportive global culture.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written fluency in both German and English.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a client‑facing role.
• Empathetic mindset with excellent problem‑solving instincts.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify (optional but helpful).
