Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written German and English.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a client‑facing role.
• Empathetic mindset with strong problem‑solving instincts.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify (preferred but not mandatory).
