Customer Support Representative – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French speaker to join a regulated Forex broker’s Customer Support and Back‑Office team. The position is fully remote and involves assisting French‑speaking clients with account‑related queries while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multilingual support (email, live chat, phone) focused on French‑speaking clients.
• Assist with account opening, KYC/AML verification, deposits, withdrawals and platform navigation.
• Process back‑office operations, monitor client documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all communications adhere to regulatory and company policies.
• Escalate complex issues to Compliance, Payments or Dealing Desk as needed.
• Support sales and retention teams during onboarding and client satisfaction initiatives.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French with strong written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in customer support or back‑office within Forex, CFDs or financial services.
• Understanding of KYC/AML procedures and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., CySEC, FCA, ESMA).
• Detail‑oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with trading platforms such as MT4 and MT5.
• Experience using CRM or back‑office systems.
