Event Executive

About the role

The Event Executive will plan, coordinate and execute a variety of events at Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort, ensuring memorable and seamless guest experiences. This on‑site position is based in Kotor and works closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage event inquiries, prepare proposals and collaborate with clients to capture requirements.
• Coordinate with banqueting, culinary, front office and spa departments to align logistics, schedules and service standards.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, monitor timelines and address guest needs in real time.
• Maintain accurate event documentation, track budgets and support post‑event evaluations.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the resort’s event portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event planning, coordination and on‑site management, preferably in hospitality or resort settings.
• Strong client relationship, negotiation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent scheduling, time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Experience with budget tracking, basic reporting and event‑management or reservation systems.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Montenegrin or additional languages is a plus.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management, tourism, business or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
