Cluster Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially astute, detail‑driven Cluster Procurement Manager to lead sourcing excellence across our luxury hospitality properties. The role combines strategic procurement planning with hands‑on warehouse oversight to support both Mamula Island by Banyan Tree and Luštica Bay by Angsana.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with brand standards and business objectives for both hotels.
• Manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities, ensuring quality, availability, efficiency and cost control.
• Identify, evaluate and build long‑term relationships with reliable local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
• Monitor supplier performance on quality, pricing, service and delivery.
• Oversee central warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock control and distribution to departments.
• Coordinate supply chain activities, cold‑chain logistics and inventory management across properties.
• Track and report procurement KPIs such as costs, savings, inventory levels and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and organisational abilities.
• Good knowledge of local and regional markets, supplier practices and relevant legal, tax and customs regulations.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using procurement or digital purchasing systems.
