About the role

The Lazure Hotel & Marina is looking for a friendly, responsible and energetic Assistant Waiter to join the Beach Bar team. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, luxury hotel environment, providing direct contact with guests and gaining valuable experience in beach‑side service.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior waiters during daily service and guest interactions.
• Assist in taking, transmitting and serving food and beverage orders.
• Set up and clear tables and service areas promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and high presentation standards of the Beach Bar.
• Welcome guests courteously and respond to their needs.
• Monitor guest requirements and inform waiters or supervisors as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and other F&B team members to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Restock necessary inventory, glassware and supplies during shifts.
• Know the menu and beverage offerings to provide basic information to guests.
• Handle inventory and equipment carefully and perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Polite, communicative and positive attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Responsible and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, especially during peak periods.
• Strong team spirit and willingness to learn.
• Neat appearance and commitment to high service standards.
• Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.
