Business Development Specialist – Global

About the role

SupportYourApp, a global leader in Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service, is looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth across its worldwide client base. You will work directly with the Chief Growth Officer, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while leveraging market insights and AI tools to create measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts, and lead negotiations to close deals.
• Use AI‑driven tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
• Research industry trends and identify new market opportunities.
• Qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads, maintaining an accurate pipeline.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
• Track personal KPIs and report results consistently.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and new business ideas.
• Gather feedback to suggest service or product enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B experience in sales, account management, or growth roles, preferably in tech.
• Fluent English (C1‑C2) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Resilient, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable handling high‑pressure situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
• Experience using AI‑driven productivity tools.
