Artificial Intelligence Co-Founder / CMO (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to act as Co‑Founder and Chief Marketing Officer for a new artificial‑intelligence venture. The position is fully remote and you will be directly employed by our founding team while you build and scale the startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run the AI‑focused startup from inception to market leadership.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve product‑market fit and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate weekly with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders for mentorship and strategic guidance.
• Lead hiring efforts using our extensive professional network.
• Prepare the company for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds and support investor relations.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
