Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead daily F&B operations at SIRO Porto Montenegro, overseeing the SIRO TABLE, brunch service and other outlets such as SIRO SOCIAL. Working closely with the culinary, restaurant and beverage teams, the role ensures service standards exceed guest expectations while meeting quality and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain menus, design recipes and supervise their preparation across all outlets.
• Manage stock requisition, inventory records and cost‑effective purchasing to uphold quality standards.
• Plan staff shifts, allocate duties and mentor team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HCCP) and report equipment maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with event organizers and restaurant managers to deliver specialised catering and guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in a comparable F&B leadership role, with at least 7 years in high‑standard restaurant or catering environments.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to mentor and motivate staff.
• Certified Sommelier qualification from a recognised institute.
• Experience in luxury resort or 5‑star hotel settings is advantageous.
