Cluster Director, Finance

About the role

Provide strategic and operational financial leadership for two luxury resort properties in Montenegro, ensuring robust compliance, governance and internal controls while acting as a trusted business partner to the Complex General Manager, Executive Committee, owners and the Global Finance office. The role drives sustainable financial performance, profitability and long‑term value creation across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Finance function across both properties, delivering accurate, timely financial reporting, governance and compliance with Kerzner policies, USALI, local legislation and tax requirements.
• Partner with the Complex General Manager and Executive Committee to provide financial insight, analysis and constructive challenge to improve revenue, GOP, cash flow and margin optimization.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning, ensuring forecasts reflect operational performance, market conditions and risk factors.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, credit exposure and CAPEX governance, aligning resources with approved business priorities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, address findings promptly and maintain strong internal controls across revenue, purchasing, payroll and fixed assets.
• Ensure finance systems (PMS, POS, payroll, accounting platforms) are integrated, automated and optimized to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Significant progressive finance leadership experience in luxury or ultra‑luxury hospitality, preferably at Director of Finance level.
• Proven track record overseeing full hotel financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, audit and statutory compliance.
• Experience partnering directly with General Managers, Executive Committees, owners and corporate finance teams in a multi‑property or cluster environment.
• Strong understanding of owner relations, management agreements, governance and financial reporting requirements.
