Reservations & Travel Services Manager

About the role

Due to the continued growth of GMT Montenegro, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Reservations & Travel Services Manager to join our team in Podgorica. This is a dynamic role within our growing Montenegro operation, combining travel operations, reservations, DMC services and client communication, with the opportunity to work across different areas of the business and develop further as the team grows.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day travel operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle FIT and group travel arrangements, reservations and client requests.
• Coordinate DMC services, transfers, accommodation and other travel-related services.
• Communicate with clients, travel agencies, suppliers and local partners.
• Prepare offers and quotations and support the handling of travel inquiries.
• Process and follow up on bookings and operational arrangements.
• Support the delivery and development of travel programs and tailor‑made services.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers and business partners.
• Support the team in other operational activities and projects as the business develops.
• Perform other operational and business‑related tasks as required to support the needs and objectives of GMT Montenegro.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, DMC or a related industry.
• Previous experience in travel operations, reservations, sales or customer service.
• Fluent Montenegrin and good command of English.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities.
• Experience with B2B clients, travel agencies or corporate travel is an advantage.
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
• Valid residence and work permit in Montenegro.
• Based in Podgorica.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
