Technical Support Consultant – VPS & Trading (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join its global, remote team. You will provide expert assistance on VPS environments and popular trading platforms, helping customers worldwide solve technical issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support via email and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across multiple languages.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving tools, technologies, and security best practices.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and in compliance with privacy standards.
• Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional specialists to troubleshoot complex issues.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication (minimum C1 level).
• Proven experience in a technical support role.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong analytical and research abilities.
• Reliable personal computer (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• VPS setup and management.
• Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
