About the role

The Retail Operations Specialist will support the planning, monitoring and improvement of key processes at our retail locations in Podgorica. You will work closely with store teams, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, supervise and enhance operational processes such as sales activities, supply, inventory management and compliance with standards.
• Track operational KPIs, including stock levels and costs, participate in inventory counts and flag deviations promptly.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and goods to stores, manage supplier relationships and initiate procurement actions according to internal rules.
• Assist HR processes related to employee work and internal procedures.
• Support initiatives that improve sales performance and operational practices, fostering better communication with staff.
• Liaise with state and local authorities to secure conditions for uninterrupted store operations.
• Conduct field visits, prepare reports on store performance, and oversee infrastructure safety and continuity.

Required profile

• Completed VI level of education in economics or law.
• Valid B‑category driver’s license.
• Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Fluent English communication.
• Organizational abilities, persistence, pro‑activity and a team‑player attitude.
