About the role

We are looking for a Transport Organization Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team in Podgorica. You will play a key part in managing logistics processes, from market research and supplier selection to documentation control and contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor logistics and transport processes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Manage documentation, track contract performance, and oversee inventory levels.
• Control logistics costs, optimize transport efficiency, and reduce operational risks.
• Maintain alignment with legal regulations and INA/MOL Group standards.
• Collaborate continuously with internal and external partners across the INA/MOL Group.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (VI level) in social or technical sciences.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Strong computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Organizational abilities, persistence, and a team‑player mindset.
