About the role

The Transport Organization Specialist will become a key member of the Commercial Operations team, handling logistics and transport processes from market research and supplier selection to contract execution and inventory management. Working in a dynamic environment, the role requires constant interaction with internal and external partners, including colleagues from the INA/MOL Group.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and select suitable transport suppliers.
• Prepare, control and archive all transport‑related documentation.
• Monitor contract performance and manage inventory levels.
• Control logistics costs and contribute to process optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and INA/MOL Group standards.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (VI level) in social or technical sciences.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities, persistence and a team‑player attitude.
