Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join LPP’s logistics team in Podgorica. The role focuses on managing import documentation, coordinating freight forwarders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to our retail stores.

Key responsibilities

• Verification, preparation and archiving of import documentation.
• Communication with freight forwarders and implementation of imports in accordance with the law.
• Ensuring timely and regular deliveries and goods transfers to retail stores.
• Resolving cases of incorrectly delivered boxes to retail stores or warehouses.
• Providing support during the organization of export and local distribution.
• Keeping records of deliveries.
• Keeping records of import, warehousing and local transport costs.
• Keeping records of store equipment in the warehouse.
• Providing support in the use of internal inventory control programs.
• Providing support in the preparation of various reports (stock, packaging waste, etc.).
• Preparation of documents for quality control institutions.
• Cooperation with Central Logistics, Sales, Investment and IT departments.
• Other logistics activities as needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics and/or purchasing, preferably in the retail industry.
• Great communication skills, self‑discipline and a positive attitude to teamwork.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Driving license.
