About the role

CKB banka, a member of the OTP Group, is seeking a Corporate Governance Referent for its Corporate Governance and ESG Department. The role supports the preparation, documentation, and follow‑up of decisions of the Shareholders’ Assembly, Supervisory Board, Management Board and other governing bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver documents for shareholder meetings, supervisory and management board sessions, and draft minutes.
• Draft decision proposals for the bodies overseen by the department.
• Archive and manage all governance documentation and maintain records of internal acts.
• Assist in preparing departmental and board reports.
• Monitor implementation of board decisions and ensure proper evidence and archiving.
• Execute regular and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor in line with bank needs.

Required profile

• Law degree (or other relevant higher education) with a VII‑step, VSS qualification.
• Strong organizational, analytical and systematic work approach with the ability to set priorities.
• Creativity, initiative and capability to drive changes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset and collaboration skills.
• Proficient English language knowledge.
• Computer literacy with solid experience using MS Office and related applications.
