Real Estate Portfolio Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, well‑organized Real Estate Portfolio Specialist to join our growing Portfolio Department in Montenegro. The role combines office‑based coordination with regular fieldwork, ensuring our property portfolio stays competitive, up‑to‑date and aligned with client demand.

Key responsibilities

• Source new residential and investment properties to expand the company’s portfolio.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with property owners and developers.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations to secure exclusive listings.
• Evaluate properties, collect market data and identify attractive opportunities for clients.
• Ensure all listings meet quality standards, including documentation, descriptions, photographs, pricing and contracts.
• Maintain accurate property information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to reflect current client demand.
• Monitor local market trends, pricing and competitor activity.
• Contribute ideas to improve portfolio processes and data quality.
• Organise daily activities according to company standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Fluency in Montenegrin/Serbian and English.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, business development or account management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of the local real estate market and pricing principles.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, owners and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and results‑oriented mindset.
• Valid Category B driving licence and confidence driving throughout Montenegro.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
