Real Estate Sales Agent – International Clients

About the role

CMM Investment Consulting Group is expanding its sales department in Budva and seeks an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to work with qualified international buyers interested in Montenegrin property. You will receive pre‑qualified leads, understand client needs, and guide them through the entire purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international buyers and own the full sales journey from lead to closing.
• Communicate with clients before arrival, prepare tailored property selections, and schedule viewings.
• Conduct property presentations, explain locations, projects, pricing, rental potential, and ownership costs.
• Handle objections, negotiate with owners and developers, and coordinate offers.
• Work closely with legal and operational teams to ensure successful transaction completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, preferably with international clients.
• Commercially driven with a strong focus on closing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client investment criteria and provide tailored advice.

Required skills

• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
